Strict Adherence to Local Regulations
We are fully licenced in each of the jurisdictions where we operate, and comply with all local rules and regulations. UKForex Limited holds a certificate of registration for Money Laundering Regulation (MLR). Registration number: 12219180. UKForex is also authorised and regulated in the United Kingdom by the Financial Services Authority (FRN: 521566) for the provision of payment services.
Low Risk Business Model
Our business model is inherently a low risk one. By offering a deliverable-only foreign exchange service we do not take positions in the market ourselves, so we assume very little transactional or market risk.
Website Security
Our secure online platform uses minimum 2048 bit SSL certificates to encrypt traffic and Thawte online security and protection.
Risk Management Policies and Procedures
Macquarie Bank in Australia is a major shareholder in the OzForex Group. While our operations are not supervised, and our liabilities are not guaranteed, in any way by Macquarie, we have adopted the bank's global risk management policies and procedures.
