Account Executive

Due to our on-going success and continuing growth within the Foreign Exchange Industry, we are now recruiting for a foreign exchange account executive within our UK office, based in Moorgate.

As an Account Executive you will be part of our Private Client Team providing excellent service to our private clients, and more specifically:

Your key responsibilities would include:

  • Contacting registered clients and setting up new accounts
  • Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Proactively employ follow up techniques to maximise conversions
  • Quote and confirm spot and forward FX trades with private clients by phone
  • Handling customer enquiries both online and by phone ensuring a high level of customer service
  • Advising clients on FX market movements.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Account Management skills
  • Integrity and good work ethic
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Able to develop and manage key client relationships
  • A proactive approach to applying successful follow up techniques
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
  • Great process management and multi-tasking abilities
  • Strong computer skills
  • A commitment to providing consistently outstanding customer service
  • Fluent in French or Spanish desirable but not essential

We will provide you with on-going training in the following:

  • Custom built CRM system and online platform
  • Product Training
  • FX Market knowledge
